Return Exchanges Policy

Return

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@noor-boutique.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.
  2. Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact@noor-boutique.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and the item you wish to exchange it for.
  3. Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will promptly ship out the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Policy

We deliver to all and any postal address across the United Kingdom. Please ensure that you provide a full address for the quickest confirmed delivery on all UK orders, including the correct POSTCODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

Please note that shipments to Colleges/Schools/Hostels are placed at the customer’s risk. Noor-boutique.co.uk will not issue a refund or credit if a package is refused or not accepted for any reason. If you require a special or preferred delivery date, please mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing your order. Otherwise, it will be delivered at the first opportunity.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a courier company charges a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, the customer will bear the cost of any such penalties or fees. Noor-boutique.co.uk will not be responsible for reshipment fees due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, nor will refunds be initiated for misplaced packages resulting from such errors.

Dispatch times mentioned on our website are approximate and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In normal circumstances, the dispatch time will be the next day, with 1st Class ROYAL MAIL after receiving payment. Tracking information will be provided by ROYAL MAIL.
